Privacy policy
Website Handled is a service of LaunchStack Systems LLC. This policy covers websitehandled.com and the preview sites we build for local businesses (preview.websitehandled.com).
What we collect
- Page views. When a page is viewed we record which page, the time, and the browser's standard request details (IP address and browser type) in our server logs. Preview sites also record a click on the "Make it live" button.
- Form submissions. When you send a form (a contact message, a booking or a request), we receive what you typed in, such as your name, phone number, email and message, so we can reply or pass the request to the business.
- Meta pixel. Our pages load the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which sets cookies and tells Meta about page views, "Make it live" clicks and sent forms. We use it to measure visits and our advertising.
We do not sell this information. We keep server logs for up to 60 days.
How to opt out
- Block third-party cookies or use a tracker blocker in your browser to stop the Meta pixel.
- Manage how Meta uses this data in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or at facebook.com/adpreferences.
- Ask us to delete a form submission or anything else we hold about you by emailing the address below.
