Terms of service

WebsiteHandled is a service of LaunchStack Systems LLC, 46 Newark St, Hoboken, NJ 07030.

• The service: we build a website for your business, connect a domain, and host it for as long as your subscription is active.
• Price and billing: $97 per month, billed monthly through Stripe, starting at checkout. No setup fee.
• Review before launch: we send you a link to review your site. It goes live after you approve it.
• Changes: quick edits (hours, phone, a service, a photo) are included on request. Bigger changes or redesigns are available as a $99 Growth Session.
• Your content: you confirm you have the right to use the business name, photos and information on your site. You can ask us to change or remove anything.
• Cancel anytime: cancel by emailing us. Your site stays live through the end of the period you've paid for, then goes offline. There are no refunds for partial months.
• Acceptable use: the site can't be used for anything illegal or misleading.
• Liability: we work to keep your site online but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last month.
